I am constantly impressed by the network of professionals and the reach within Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. A lot of my clients on the Cape are buying or selling second homes. I can relate to them because of how I started before moving to the Cape full-time. I had spent summers living and working on Cape Cod but I grew up just south of Boston in Milton. After college in Massachusetts, I lived and worked in Boston. I know a lot of towns and neighborhoods, but not as well as the colleagues I have met who live and work in these areas. I see the importance of working with a local professional every day and with every transaction on the Cape. I eat, sleep, work and play on the Cape and staying up to date with the towns and neighborhoods is a part of the value I provide to my clients on the Cape.
While living in the Lower Mills section of Dorchester I got to know Tara O'Riordan from one of our favorite restaurants, The Ashmont Grill. Tara is a lifelong resident and realtor in the Dorchester Gibson Sotheby's office. I know when I refer a client looking for real estate help in Tara's area, they will be in good hands! CONTACT TARA
Being a part of the Gibson Sotheby's International Realty family has given me the opportunity to network with realtors in all of our 25 offices in Massachusetts. Social events, professional development classes, and working with our management team have been excellent networking opportunities for me to get to know realtors in our offices and beyond. I feel confident connecting friends and family with realtors within our network. I have helped friends buy in sell by connecting them with a Sotheby's expert in my hometown, along the South Shore, metro west, and even our affiliates in NH, Maine, S. Carolina, and Colorado. We also have 3 full-time relocation coordinators who help you find the right professional where ever you need.
Not thinking of buying or selling on the Cape? I can help in Massachusetts, the U.S, or across the globe. How can I help you?
