Dave Hunter grew up outside of Boston in Milton, Massachusetts, and studied business management at Merrimack College. His love for The Cape began in college while working on the National Seashore and soon became his favorite vacation destination.

While living in Boston, Dave met his future wife who just so happened to be from Cape Cod. Dave and Christina purchased a vacation rental property on Cape Cod in 2015 and moved to The Cape in 2019. Prior to joining Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, Dave had a career as a sales and marketing director.

 Dave helps to make buying a home on Cape Cod easy for primary and secondary homeowners with his knowledge of the entire Cape, home maintenance, renovation, and investing. He prides himself on having extensive experience in the vacation rental market, as well as a well-rounded knowledge of the value of home improvements. Dave can show you all the great areas the Cape has to offer and help you find your perfect home. His deep knowledge of the Cape is an asset when marketing your home for sale.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys all things sports with his two sons, Ryan and Graham, and dining out and exploring the Cape with his wife, Christina, and dog, Keegan.
