CHECKLIST FOR HOME SHOWINGS
When bringing buyers to a home for the first time I like to make good use of our time. Often times we are looking at multiple homes that day. Creating a checklist of all the categories is my way to recap our visits. I always recommend a home inspection, but in competitive markets waiving the home inspection contingency can give you an advantage over other buyers. I always walk the property during the professional home inspections and I have experience in home renovations to show buyers what to look for when showing the home for the first time. Thoroughly inspecting all the areas of the home gives me the information I need to share with my buyers to make informed decisions.
Below is my checklist that I hand out to the buyers and also fill out while I walk through the home.
We start examining the property and the neighborhood right when we get out of the car.
