I will save you time. I often preview homes right when they come on the market. I can ask the other realtor important questions before you go to a showing. Driving by a home, or taking a video for you can help you narrow down where you want to spend your time at showings. The online pictures can be misleading.
I have a network and support at Gibson Sotheby's. My friends and colleagues are other realtors or professionals in the industry.
